Griffith Park Boys' Camp is located 1.5 miles up on Camp Road, across from the Wilson Harding Golf Course parking lot.

Believe it or not Griffith Park Boys' Camp has been part of the City of Los Angeles’ Department of Recreation and Parks Camping Section since 1924. Griffith Park Boys Camp has more than 87 years of history helping give boys, through the transformative experiences of nature, a foundation for future greatness. This great place is not just somewhere; it is right here in your own back yard.

Griffith Park Boys Camp is a picturesque 10 acre facility resting in the historic Griffith Park hills. The gentle sloping grounds host: 16 bungalow styled cabins that sleep 10 persons and are complemented by being air conditioning and heated. Our 4 bathroom/shower bungalows have hot and cold running water year round. The main lodge/dining hall has a wood burning fireplace and a full service kitchen. To round out the camp experience Griffith Park Boys' Camp has a 30 ft. rock climbing wall, high ropes challenge course, archery range and miles of hiking trails. Griffith Park Boys' Camp is proud to be a fully accredited member of the American Camp Association.

While Griffith Park Boys' Camp, affectionately called Boys Camp, primarily focuses on giving young men ages 7-14 a great summer experience we offer a whole lot more. From traditional family based camp weekends, and our now famous Boys Break Weekends, to rental opportunities, Boys Camp has something for all nature enthusiasts.
