Plans and Specifications Bid Documents (Construction Plans) and Proposals are available to licensed contractors and subcontractors at the following location: Los Angeles City Bureau of Engineering Plan Distribution Office Hours: Bid Packages Bid packages are free and can be picked up in person Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Please provide us with a business card for each project requested. Bid packages may also be requested by fax or e-mail. Requests must be on the company’s letterhead and include a shipping account number, company name, address, phone and fax numbers, and the name of a contact person.T This office does not use U.S. mail, but other shipping options are available. Contact our office or download the following file for more information.
