Public Information: This 160 acre park features plenty of hiking, walking, and jogging trails - designating Runyon Canyon to be one of Los Angeles’ most popular fitness locales and must-see destinations. Leave the City behind by simply following the path lined with majestic palm trees to the off-leash demarcation gate. Bring plenty of water and an eagerness to exercise because there are 90 “off-leash” acres to roam and explore. Be sure to also take in the panoramic views of the mountains and cityscape. Tables and dog fountains are available prior to the off-leash dog area. All dogs must remain on-leash prior to the off-leash demarcation gate, which lies approximately 200 feet from the main entrance. Please read all signs prior to enjoying the park.
Please remember to abide by Dog Park rules so that everyone, even our canine friends, can enjoy the park.
