Public Information:

• Ken Malloy Harbor Regional Park is permitted through the Angels Gate Office (310) 548-7705.
• Exclusive use of an area is by permit only please use the attached Picnic Permit Application and for use of a moon bounce/jumper please use the attached Moon Bounce / Jumper Application
• The Ken Malloy Harbor Regional Park is proudly kept beautiful by the dedicated staff of the Department of Recreation and Parks, Harbor Region Maintenance District: (310) 548-7756.
• For a complete listing of authorized sports fields, nature centers, wildlife parks and dog parks in the City of Los Angeles visit the Recreation and Parks Department at: www.laparks.org
• For all Field or Facility Use including picnics please fill out the Field & Facility Application form and submit along with payment. Allow at least two weeks for review.
• If you are considering posting a banner or sign at the Park please fill out the Banner or Sign Posting Request form and submit along with payment. Allow at least two weeks for review.

Facility Features:

Public Bathrooms, Barbecue Pits, Children’s Play Area, Picnic Area, Hiking Trails, Nature Observation Areas, Protected Wildlife, Lake and Harbor Sports Center - Pool and Lighted Sports Fields. Camp Machado access by permit only.

Park Information for the safe enjoyment of all patrons
1. General Service Police can be contacted at (213) 978-4670.
2. Open Fires are Prohibited, this includes portable Charcoal Barbeques. Please use the provided Barbeque Pits in the Picnic Area or Gas/propane Barbeques are allowed on pavement only. Please place all trash in proper containers.
3. No smoking anywhere in the Ken Malloy Harbor Regional Park (LAMC 57.23.02).
4. Alcohol is prohibited. (LAMC 41.27).
5. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle; leave them at home or secure them out of view in your vehicle prior to leaving home.
6. Dog defecation is to be immediately removed by owner (LAMC 53.49).
7. Dogs must be leashed at all times in the parking area (LAMC 53.06.2).
8. All Dogs must be spayed or neutered (LAMC 53.15.2).
9. Aggressive dogs are not allowed in the park. Dogs exhibiting unusually aggressive behavior are to be removed from the park at once (LAMC 53.34).
10. In the event of dog bite or injury owner/guardian must exchange current tag information and phone number (LAMC 53.29, 53.38).
11. Dogs must not be unattended. (LAMC 53.10 and 53.12) any dogs left unattended will be taken to the shelter.
12. All dogs over the age of four months shall be fully vaccinated and licensed (LAMC 53.21, 53.51 and LAMC 53.28). All dogs must wear collars and tags.
13. Dogs with communicable diseases are not allowed on park premises at any time. (LAMC 53.30).
14. Female dogs in any stage of heat are not permitted in the park (LAMC 53.29).
15. Abandoning of animals is prohibited (497(s) P.C.).
