Public Information: Lake Balboa is located at Anthony C. Beilenson Park. Only Staff on site are the lifeguards at Lake Balboa. Pets are allowed but must be leashed. Owners are responsible for removal of defecation. Dogs are not permitted to swim in the lake. Any Pavillion reservations or questions will be taken by calling the Valley Regional Permit Office line at (818) 756-8187.
