Public Information: The Eagle Rock Recreation Center is located one block south of the 134 (Pasadena) Freeway and Figueroa St. and includes a gymnasium, a basketball court, three baseball diamonds, two football fields, tennis courts, modern childrens play area, two picnic areas and barbecues. The gymnasium at the Eagle Rock Recreation Center was designed by architect Richard Nuetra in the International Style in 1953 and was designated a cultural historical monument #536 in 1991 by the City of Los Angeles. Facility Features: Auditorium, barbecue pits, baseball diamond (lighted/unlighted), basketball courts (lighted/indoor, unlighted/outdoor), childrens play area, football field (unlighted), indoor gym (without weights), picnic tables, tennis courts (unlighted).

Eagle Rock Recreation Center is located next to the 134 freeway and Figueroa Street and includes an indoor gymnasium, two outdoor basketball courts, three tennis courts, one lighted baseball diamond, two unlighted baseball diamonds, outdoor exercise equipment, modern children's play area, one large indoor meeting rooms, and three covered picnic areas Registration Information:Registration is taken on a monthly basis. Patrons may register for a single month or an entire season: Fall (October-December); Winter (January-March); Spring (April-June); Summer (July-September). All payments for continuing students are due on the first of each month. Payments not received by the 5th of each month will be subjected to a late fee. Registration for upcoming seasons starts on the 15th of the month prior to the start of the season. Sign-ups will continue during regular business hours until classes are filled. All Registration is done on a first-come, first serve basis. No spaces will be held without payment in full. Class fees cover instructor fees, administrative costs, supplies, and maintaining present hours of operation. Staff reserves the right to cancel or combine classes if minimum enrollment is not met. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNLESS CLASS IS CANCELLED OR CHANGED Persons with disabilities are welcome to participate in our programs. Reasonable accommodations will be made with prior arrangements. ROOM AND FACILITY RENTALS Need a location for your next birthday or family party? Eagle Rock Recreation Center offers its rooms and facilities, both indoor and outdoor, for private use. Price quotes will not be given over the phone.
