Public Information: The Community Room has a capacity of 60. Always looking for creative instructors. This facility is an LAPD stop-in center. Facility Features: Auditorium, baseball diamond (lighted/unlighted), basketball courts (lighted/unlighted/outdoor), children play area, football field (lighted), indoor gym (without weights), picnic tables, soccer field (lighted), tennis courts (lighted), volleyball courts (lighted). 2013 Summer Registration Information Sports: Registration for Summer Youth Sports League begins Tuesday May 7th and continues until leagues are full or the season begins. Leagues fill fast. Summer Classes/Clinics: Registration for Classes and Clinics begins Tuesday, May 21, 2013 and runs until classes are filled. Classes and Clinics begin the Week of Monday, June 17, 2013 and run for 8 weeks unless noted otherwise. Summer Camp Ages 3-12: Summer Camp Registration began Tuesday April 9, 2013. Weeks will fill up. Registration: Sign-ups will be at the Van Nuys-Sherman Oaks Recreation Center Office. Payment: Payment by Check or Money Order Only payable to “City of Los Angeles”. A Collection Fee will be charged for each check returned by the Bank.
