We are proud to be a part of the Woodland Hills Recreation and Parks Facility Cluster. Public Information: A small indoor gymnasium is used as an auditorium. The capacity is 300 Facility Features: Auditorium, baseball diamond (lighted), basketball courts (lighted/indoor/outdoor), childrens play area, football field (lighted), indoor gym (without weights), picnic tables, seasonal pool (outdoor/unheated), soccer field (lighted), tennis courts (unlighted). Woodland Hills Recreation Center is a 19-acre park providing community-based activities for youth and adult classes year round. Classes and clinics such as Education Exploration, Bright Beginnings, Performing Arts (dance, art and music), Science, and Sports classes take place in 8 to 10 week sessions. Our sports programs include baseball, basketball, flag football and softball. Our Camp Sharwood, Sports Camp, and Bright Beginnings Camp run in the summer, winter, and spring for children 3-12 years old. Woodland Hills Recreation Center also has an Olympic size swimming pool open during the summer months. Information on the pool is available at (323) 906-7953. All Woodland Hills Recreation Center programs are open to boys and girls.

No full refunds will be issued unless a class or sports league is cancelled by the recreation center." "Payment: The City of Los Angeles, Department of Recreation and Parks accepts payment by check, money order, or credit card only. A collection fee will be charged for each check returned by the bank." "Good Sportsmanship is Everyone's Responsibility. Be A Good Sport. Achieving gender equity through a continuous commitment to girls and women in sports." Walk-in registration begins on dates listed above. Sign-ups will continue during regular business hours until classes are filled. Class fees cover instructor fees, administrative costs, supplies, and maintaining present hours of operation. Children must be the appropriate age for all classes. Birth certificates may be required for verification of age! Students will not be added to classes after the 2nd week without instructor's approval. For classes conducted in Gym or Craft Building, participants must check with the office on the first day of class for exact location. Persons with disabilities are welcome to participate in our programs. Reasonable accommodations will be made with prior arrangements. |
