Enter the Friendship Auditorium and you'll immediately be struck by its spaciousness and convenient layout. The Friendship Auditorium is ideal for large weddings, wedding receptions, retirement parties banquet - any of your events that calls for plenty of room for dining or dancing.

Rental Fees and Charges

A. Rental Fee: * Rates:
1. Monday - Thursday
  1st 3 hours $1180.00*
  Each additional hour Pre/post $75.00, $180.00 event
2. Fridays and Sundays
  1st 6 hours $2085.00*
  Each additional hour Pre/post $125.00, $230.00 event
3. Saturdays, Day prior to a Holiday **
  1st 6 hours $2485.00*
  Each additional hour Pre/post $175.00, $280.00 event
4. Holiday **
  1st 6 hours $2730.00*
  Each additional hour Pre/post $175.00, $315.00 event
* Rental fees include security guard services and a refundable building deposit of $500.00
** HOLIDAYS INCLUDE: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King’s Birthday, President’s Day, Cesar Chavez Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
B. Alcohol Policy:
Permittee having alcohol at their event must use the following vendors for all their beverage needs. For information on beverage pricing please contact:

C. Minimum Payment to Guarantee Reservation:
Payable within ten (10) days of the initial reservation.
  Monday - Sunday $250.00
D. Cancellation Fees:
1. Cancellation prior to 60 DAYS of event 50% of refundable deposit
2. Cancellation within 60 DAYS of event 50% of all fees
3. Postponement 50% of refundable deposit

Additional Information

Parking Capacity: Friendship Auditorium 207 parking spaces

Payment of Fees: The total amount of all rental fees and deposits shall be paid in full no less than 60 days prior to the scheduled date of use. Otherwise, the event will be canceled. Payments must be in the form of Cashiers Check, Money Order, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover credit card. No American Express.

Insurance: Insurance may be required for your event. Check with Hall Manager.
