The City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks is proud to announce the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program. This program is designed to provide free use of computers and broadband access to people living in disadvantaged communities. This will assist in bridging the technological gap, while providing access to jobs, computer training, and educational opportunities, all for free.
