Tregnan Golf Academy

MISSION

It is the mission of the Tregnan Golf Academy to successfully introduce the game of golf to youth and provide them with the skills, knowledge and confidence to play the game throughout their lives. The focus of the academy will be to reach out to young people from urban areas that have little or no exposure to the game by making the Academy accessible, affordable and enjoyable.

GOALS

The goal of the Tregnan Golf Academy is to enroll a minimum of 2,500 young people per year in instructional classes.

In addition, our goal is to retain 50% of these participants for additional classes and programs offered at the Academy or at programs offered at golf courses run by the Department of Recreation and Parks. The Tregnan Golf Academy strives to become the preeminent golf training facility in Los Angeles, serving the largest number of young people from urban and low income communities.
