Environmental documents posted on this page have been issued by RAP Planning in accordance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and/or National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) guidelines. Our department mainly does Notices of Exemption (NOEs), which are filed after the Board approves the project. Types of Environmental Documents:
- EA = Environmental Assessment
- EIR = Environmental Impact Report
- IS = Initial Study
- ND = Negative Declaration
- NOA = Notice of Availability
- NOD = Notice of Determination
- NOE = Notice of Exemption
- NOC = Notice of Completion
- NOI = Notice of Intent
- NOP = Notice of Preparation
- MND = Mitigated Negative Declaration
