Tafarai Bayne is a Los Angeles native who currently serves as Chief Strategist at CicLAvia. He is on the Board of Directors of the Mercado La Paloma and is a community partner with the Destination Crenshaw project.
He was a longstanding commissioner at the Department of Transportation and has recently stepped down from there to serve as a commissioner with the Recreation and Parks Commission with the City of Los Angeles.
