The Encino Park is located one block west of Balboa Blvd. and includes a basketball court, two tennis courts, a modern children's play area, picnic tables, barbecues, and a Tricycle and Wheelchair Track. The park houses the Encino Parent Co-op Nursery School (818-788-4582). Our facility also includes the Encino Woman's Club.

Friends of Encino Park is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that is able to offer wonderful sponsorship opportunities for businesses and great fundraising events to help enhance the Encino Community Center and Encino Park.

In community partnership with the ENCINO NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL and ENCINO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE..

The Encino Community Center is a Los Angeles City Department of Recreation & Parks facility offering a wide variety of youth, adult, and senior recreational programs such as:

CAMP ENCINO:  
Camp hours are  Monday-Friday from 9:00a.m - 4:00p.m. Extended care is available from 7:30am-6pm for an additional weekly flat rate.

Day Camp  is offered in the Summer, Winter, and Spring seasons for children ages 5-13 years. Campers have lots of fun learning new skills, developing new interests, making new friends, and enjoying a wide variety of activities including: dress-up days, spirit, singing songs, music, arts & crafts, sports, games, drama, science, weekly special events, special guests, field trips, spirit stick performances, lunch on us every Friday & much more!! 

Theater Camp is offered in the Summer season and is for children ages 8-13 years. Our Theater Camp's main focus is to provide a wonderful summer experience for the children as they participate in a side variety of hands-on workshops such as: production crews, sets, props, costumes, scenery, make-up, sound and lighting.  Campers will also play creative drama games, scene study, character development, movement, learn improvisation, stand up, stage presence, public speaking, critical thinking, cance, experience great field trips and enjoy lunch on us every Friday.
