How to create a RecTrac Household Account
- Registration online laparks.org
- Payment by Visa or MasterCard. Cash, Exact Change Only.
- Full payment is required at time of registration.
- Monthly/weekly fees are due by the last Wednesday of the previous session.
- Sports leagues may require a copy of the child's birth certificate at registration.
- Administration may cancel or combine activities if minimum enrollment is not met.
- There will be no programs on holidays.
- Personal insurance is needed. The City of L.A. does not provide insurance.
Persons with disabilities are welcome to participate in our programs. Reasonable accommodations will be made with prior arrangements. Please be aware that some accommodations may take 30 days or longer. Please submit your request for an accommodation as soon as possible.
-If you are a person with a disability and require accommodation to participate in a City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks program, service, or activity, requests may be made by calling the facility 323.846.7584, or 711 for CA Relay, ten days in advance of the event. We will do our best to fulfill requests with less than ten business days' notice. -If a participant requires a one-to-one aide, requests will be fulfilled within seven business days of receiving the required paperwork and documentation needed to issue a Right of Entry Permit to the agency providing the aide.
You may request a refund of a program before the programs scheduled first day. A 15% administration fee will be assessed by the recreation center for any patron granted a refund. Full refunds will not be issued unless a class or sports league is cancelled by the center. There will be NO REFUNDS after the program has begun unless a class or sports league is changed or cancelled by the center.
