Picnic Pavilion Reservations (Covered Picnic Areas)
Lake Balboa picnic pavilions can be reserved by calling (818)756-8187, one month in advance. All park permit payments are due two weeks in advance, and all permit requests must be made one month prior to the event (no exceptions). Unpermitted large events will be shut down and may be subject to citation. Alcohol and amplified sound are strictly prohibited. Open grassy area and uncovered picnic tables are available on a first come, first served basis. All city municipal code park use regulations apply. Park hours: Dawn to Dusk
Moonbounce Rentals
The use of standard sized moonbounce units (15x15) are allowed in addition to the reservation of a designated picnic area. Please contact the Valley Region Permit Office at (818)756-8187 to request a permit, and verify the Moonbounce Company’s insurance (additional charges apply from Moonbounce Company). Moonbounce permit fees are nonrefundable. All permit requests must be made at least one month in advance. All payments must be made two weeks prior to the event. Uninsured/ unpermitted moonbouncers will be shut down and may be subject to citation.
