Field Permits - Organized Youth or Adult Sports Leagues Only for Practice, Conditioning, and 1 team Vs. 1 team games/competitions Only - NO TOURNAMENTS

  • All events and permits at all RAP sites or locations will be permitted only in conformance with State, County and City guidelines.
  • LA County DPH is now allowing Organized Youth and Adult Sports Leagues to obtain permits for drills, conditioning, and 1 team vs. 1 team games/competitions (No Tournaments).  Free or open play is not allowed.   No one may use fields without a permit. http://publichealth.lacounty.gov/media/coronavirus/docs/protocols/Reopening_YouthSportsLeagues.pdf 
  • Organized Youth and Adult Sports League permits will only be issued for outdoor ballfields and soccer fields.
